What SS alloy are you using for the plates and how many plates are there??
Looks like a nice compact design, finding
a place to mount it in a Chevy Venture van is going to be interesting, any
ideas any of your customers try it, in a minivan?

Answer: Try to mount your unit in front of the radiator.  316 stainless used for
all  parts . Some units have 21 plates 7"x2.875" Other units have 11 plates.
Can use a breakfast cereal box about the right size to check mounting space.
Question
From Jerry: What volume of gases does the H-8F unit produce?
That question is often asked. We do not lie about our prooducts, right now
only one unit or model is being sold it produces 2 liters per minute at 20
amps, 1 LPM at 10 amps. Varies with weather and other factors.
We construct custom units for a little fee depending on size. Smaller than the
model advertised would be built

Can you describe the case? How is it constructed?

Answer:

Yes the case is a box constructed from Plexiglas. It is glued together with a
very strong bonding agent liquid acrylic sheet.


We use quality products including 316 stainless and Plexiglas. All internal
parts are stainless steel. We emailed our suggestions for installation. I
hope they were the help you needed.

Does this come with a starter relay?
Answer:

Yes, we ship complete kits including wire hose nuts and washers. Also
included are fuse relay and amp meter.     

Question:
How does your generator work?

Answer:        
The BMC H²O Atomizer hydrogen generator  splits water (H²O) into hydrogen
and oxygen via electrolysis. Electrolysis is the process that occurs when
direct current of electricity is conducted from an anode the positive side to
the cathode the negative side. A water molecule consists of two hydrogen
atoms and one oxygen atom. We will make twice as much hydrogen as
oxygen. The electrodes used are stainless steel that will give a very long life.
Water does not conduct electricity very well so we'll have to add some KOH  
(potassium hydroxide). The amount is three tablespoons per gallon. With
the vehicles 12-volt system providing the electricity, we will be drawing
approximately 25 amps, depending on which size generator you decide to
use and your driving habits and type of vehicle you use.. The unit will use
about a pint of water every few hundred miles or so.
Use water and  supplied Potassium Hydroxide (KOH).


Question:
How do you address freezing of the solution in cold weather?

Answer:
Currently we tested frozen generators. No cracks or leaks. Amperage frozen
was 5 amps. After running a few minutes generator thawed and produced
hydrogen. Our H²O Atomizer is designed to withstand freezing temperatures.

For use in Cold Climates, draining solution during the coldest  weather may
be required but testing indicates that it would not be necessary.

Question:
I do not have much room and do not think you model H-006 will fit under my
hood. Do you produce these generators and can I get one smaller?

Answer:
Yes we manufacture our Atomizers and will build one to your dimensions.
Just take measurements and send us your order with the size you need  an
Atomizer made. We build custom Atomizers. You didn't mention your auto
make or model but others have mounted them in front of the radiator. If we

Question:
On your Atomizer page you say "more is better" just what do mean by that?

Answer:
I tried to state that you can use a bigger model as the H-8 instead of the H-6 .
Smaller vehicles can use more hydrogen but are limited in space for
mounting the large box of the bigger model.

We make custom Atomizers for that reason. Anyone can order a custom
generator. Only difference is the amount of solution that a smaller box can
hold and a little difference in internal components. Water needs to be added
after driving various distances. But we can build internal parts for any model
to sizes you need for your box limited by amount of water and heat because
water is heavy so that a larger acrylic unit might warp under the weight of the
water and the heat produced 160 degrees normal operating temperature.

What vehicles can use your generator?
The H²O Atomizer can be used on any car or truck and also farm equipment
such as harvester, tractors or lawn mowers. Gasoline or Diesel

Question:
Is the hydrogen separated from the Oxygen? I have heard that Brown's gas
might not be as effective as the pure hydrogen. What have ya'll found out and
how does your unit treat the gases?
Have you found on Carbureted units the carb needs to be leaned out to get
better mileage since the hydrogen is being supplementing the gas for fuel?
Does your unit have provisions for a float type of supplemental water supply?
How is the unit typically separated to add water?

Answer:
Any vehicle draws air on the intake stroke. Our Atomizer delivers hydrogen
and oxygen to your intake through a hose. Instructions included. Any of your
cars and trucks and Motor Home should and will show an increase in mpgs.
We guarantee it. As to how much increase that depends on vehicle driver
weather and other factors. You should see at least 15% on any vehicle. We
have gotten 18 to 22% consistently. That's why we offer a guarantee. It is
possible to add another water source. The water source could be placed so
that when the water level in the atomizer got low water would automatically
be added from the second source.

Keep in mind that 20% of 5mpgs would only be 1mpg. And as stated in our
feedback on eBay  any help is good. We discontinued our bigger stainless
models until improvements can be made mainly the lifetime of internal
components.

Question:
I have many questions, but the main ones are ... how do you add more water
(how hard is it?) How long does the potassium chloride last per fill? how do
you add more electrolyte (pot chloride)? Is there a way to make add a tank
and keep the water level the same for longer periods of filling. How long
does one filling of water last? Thanks.... John

Answer: John miles driven before needing to add either water or
KOH(Potassium Hydroxide) solution depends on Model used vehicle and
other conditions. Generally what I have seen is 300 to 500 miles. The amp
meter reading will indicate when KOH solution needs to be added. Our
Atomizers are designed to draw 25 amps max.

Question
Hi, On a turbo diesel engine where do you plumb the pipe that the Hydrogen
comes from. Would it be the Air box where the air filter is ?
Answer
Yes that's right just before the air filter so that the gases from Atomizer is
filtered before burning.

Question:

how is power supplied to the generator. will the factory alternator supply
enough amps to operate generator ?

Atomizer receives power from your 12 volt system and with relay only when
switch is on. The factory alternator supplies enough amps to power the
Atomizer as it does with power windows and other accessories. The
Atomizer starts around 10 amps and draws about 20 to 25 at normal
operating temperatures. The amperage is adjustable relatively easy by you
the consumer . At these amperages the alternator should not be worked
harder drawing power from engine, when this happens the increase in
mileage is negated. 15 to 20  amps is good for all vehicles.

Question:

How much Potassium Hydroxide does this use on an annual basis?

Answer:  
1 or 2 spoons per gallon. Not needed every time water is needed.

It would be impossible to answer this question. So many factors involved
such as driving conditions, number of miles driven amperage the generator
uses. The KOH cost including shipping cost about $20 for 2 lbs. Water alone
can be added as you drive. Mine uses enough water in 500 miles to have to
be refilled. But that also varies a lot.

Question:
I have the plans for the Hydrostar
which produces both fast and slow burning hydrogen {browns gas} how
does this compare
will it work ok on a 6 cyl
Answer:
I don't know what a Hydrostar is. We do make  models that will work on 4,6
or 8 even RV's

We ship a kit with every Atomizer we sell. The kit contains every thing needed
except tools to install your H²O Atomizer hydrogen generator.

We also sell Kits to build your own Atomizer. That kind of Kit contains
everything needed except tools to build your own Atomizer and everything
needed to install that generator you build.
