This gas is a fast igniting mix . Hydrogen's flame speed is at least 4
times faster then gasoline, or diesel, and the flame speeds are
highly dependable on temperature. The increased Oxygen ratio
also increases the overall flame speed in the combustion chamber.

It has many names, sometimes called Brown's gas, HHO, Hydroxy,
or Oxy-Hydrogen.

How it works:
Important: We use KOH(Potassium Hydroxide) as an electrolyte.
Always protect your eyes and wear gloves.
The BMC H²O Atomizer hydrogen generator splits water (H²O) into hydrogen
and oxygen via electrolysis.
Electrolysis is the process that occurs when direct current of electricity is
conducted from an anode the
positive side to the cathode the negative side. A water molecule consists of two
hydrogen atoms and one
oxygen atom. With our design we produce 2 times as much hydrogen as oxygen.
The electrodes used are stainless steel that will give a very long life. Water does
not conduct electricity
very well so we'll have to add some KOH (potassium hydroxide). The amount is
three teaspoons per
gallon. With the vehicles 12-volt system providing the electricity, we will be
drawing approximately 10 to
25 amps max, depending on which size generator you decide to use and
your driving habits and type of vehicle you use..
The unit will use about a quart of water every 250 hundred
miles or so. In a 560 mile trip I used the 3/4 gallon that the H-8 Atomizer holds.
Use water and supplied Potassium Hydroxide (KOH). Generally 1 to 2
teaspoons per gallon will give you
good service. More or less will do and can be used to lower or raise amp draw of
the generator to
maximum 25 amps. Use a measured level teaspoon. Little bit goes far. Check
amps when hot., normal running temperature is 160 degrees F

Here at BMC we've spent a lot of time researching and developing our Atomizer.
The generator is user friendly. Distilled water and KOH, some with Atomizer will
need to be added from time to time but not every time you add water
and changed possibly after 1 year of service. Depending on miles driven..
With our gauge, determining if
water is needed takes just a glance. Being able to increase fuel mileage from
10% to 2o% or more.
By splitting the
water up into hydrogen and oxygen and reintroducing it into the air intake
burning hydrogen along with
gasoline thus increasing mpg. And saving you money and gas helping to keep
the environment cleaner..
You can use un-distilled water if the water is allowed to sit over night to allow the
chlorine to remove itself.
Distilled water is highly recommended. With recommended Atomizer model at 8
to 15 amps you should see an increase
in mileage close to or more than 18%.

Will not damage your engine.
No. If proper procedure is followed then no engine damage will
occur. Our Hydrogen Generators will actually make engine's last
longer. This is because Hydroxy gas completely burns the fuel, and
cleans out carbon deposits. In most engines a small amount of
unburned liquid fuel slips past the piston rings, and into the oil, this
causes the oil not to lubricate properly. Also carbon soot slips past
the rings, and into the oil. This causes the oil to become dirty, and
not work properly. Injecting Hydroxy reduces the need for oil
changes, and better oil makes the engine last longer.

There have been no known reports
of engine damage, only of engines lasting longer. We have sold
several Big Rig (BR) units for use on transport trucks, and many
of the smaller units for use on personal vehicles. Most of them have
been in use for many months, sales begin in March 2007 there
have been no reports of even slight engine damage. Over $17k sold with only one return.
Due to problems with internal parts lifetime our semi truck BR model has been discontinued until
improvements can be made
